The location is unbeatable, right near local restaurants and a battlefield. The room had 2 double beds and included WiFi and coffee. Enjoyed tea and goodies at Auntie Anne's, just 2 miles from the hotel.

It was a joy spending time in the a nice size and well-kept room with a microwave, hair dryer, iron. The staff were so incredibly helpful and extremely helpful people.
The bathroom was old.

We really enjoyed the stay. My room was well-kept with a microwave, new TV, and 2 double beds. The location was convenient and unbeatable. So close to downtown restaurants and the Jackson outlets that had wonderful items at amazing prices. In a peaceful area.

Checked in Saturday at 3 AM after a wedding wearing my black coach sneakers. I wore sandals when I checked out at 10:00AM. When I got home found my sneakers missing from my luggage, I immediately knew I forgot them in the room. I called and they said they didn't find them. I know for a fact I forgot them there. Very unfortunate someone stole them...

The place is in need of an overhaul. The rooms are run down and not very clean. The bathroom needs professional cleaning. It was listed with a restaurant on the premises, yet it was closed during my entire stay. If you are a heavy sleeper this is the perfect location for you, otherwise stay away. The hotel is on a busy street and you'll hear the cars driving by throughout the night.

Extremely convenient budget hotel with spotlessly clean rooms
Good beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Climate control and a microwave included. Close proximity to Days Inn Freehold and Belmar/beach areas.

The beds were very uncomfortable, they were old and the mattresses were worn out.

nothing
I let my girlfriend pick a hotel and she chose this one clearly not realizing how terrible it is. our lock on our door was broken, the hotel is right along side a busy highway. Upon check in there was a man on a couch in the lobby rubbing his bare feet, there were ants in the room, there was human hair on the bed the shower had "stuff" on the curtain and the towels had stains on them which I could only assume the worst.

I liked that it was silence, beds were clean, ac working, food delivery accessible, they let me do breakfast at the last minute to go.
Bathroom was not completely clean, hair from other people on the floor, bath tub had a big oxidation mark were the water drip, light at the bathroom was not functioning well.

It was a quiet hotel in a tranquil area, right by Freehold, New Jersey and Belmar / beach areas and the mall and downtown restaurants. A double room with 2 double beds was the best. The room had WiFi and coffee plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.
Some of the staff were absolutely rude.
